Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 6/1/2023

At Operation 13, we understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide transparency and fairness to both our valued customers and our team. Please read the following cancellation policy details before proceeding with your cancellation request.

1. Cancellation Timeframes

  • 2 days' notice: We require a minimum of 2 days' notice prior to the scheduled appointment/booking for cancellations.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made within the required notice period will result in no fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) prior will incur a fee of 25% of the total cost of (Parts and Labor) associated with your service. 

  • Cancellations made same day within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of (Parts and Labor) associated with your service. 

  • No-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of (parts and labor) associated with your service. See no-show policy below.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds for cancellations whom had provided the required notice will be processed within 1 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation fee incurred.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to provide the required cancellation notice or not showing up for your appointment/booking will result in a 50% fee of the total cost of parts and labor associated with your service.

5. How to Cancel

  • To cancel your appointment/booking, please contact our team at Operation13crew@gmail.com/(920) 257-4930

  • Please provide your booking details, including the date, time, and your name when requesting a cancellation.

6. Exceptions

  • In certain circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we WILL consider waiving or modifying the cancellation fee. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

7. Rescheduling

  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment/booking instead of cancelling, please contact us within the required notice period (2) days. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

Please note that our cancellation policy applies to any type of service or booking you have made. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our cancellation policy.
