Tech Assessment

Service Description

**New Customer ** Drop off your bike and a Tech will assess what needs to be done. The $125 confirms a window of time for the Tech to properly evaluate and analyze the repair/issue. The Tech will contact you with an estimate after diagnosing your bike. The estimate will be reviewed and agreed upon prior to the Tech repairing the bike. After the analysis and estimate are both completed, an invoice will be sent via text or email. There is a prepayment deposit requirement of 50% of the total current invoice due. The full remaining balance can be paid via email/text, or simply during your bike pickup date. As the Tech fixes your bike, it is possible additional parts and labor will be required to fully complete your repair or customization.
