Simple steps below outline our (SRN) Service Request Now process. We can't wait to hear from you!

Submission

You submit a service request now (SRN)

via website.

Confirmation

Your details are sent to OPS 13, we confirm receipt. The Tech is assigned based on details and scope of work.

Analyze

Tech verifies details before creating your quote. Tech sends quote same-day. Once agreed upon, you can book the project with our scheduler and make your deposit.

Bike Drop-off

Bike drop-off is a 15 minute window where the Tech will meet you and secures the keys. Your work order is filed electronically.

Bike Pick-up

You are updated weekly with bike snapshots outlining progress. Ops 13 will contact you to schedule the bike pickup. No need to call and follow up.
