All estimates provided in your quote received are merely opinions of possible costs that could be encountered and also based on the most recent details you have provided. Quotes are not estimates in the sense of being an exact calculation of the final costs to be incurred. The quote does NOT guarantee the work can be carried out, nor does it guarantee the full final cost. The Technician will need to inspect the bike after it is delivered to ensure the requested project is executable. The technician accepts no liability for any quotes provided throughout this request. You are free to obtain and rely on independent quotes for the same work elsewhere.

Once you have agreed upon the terms of quote, and you have scheduled a date for bike drop-off, a 50% deposit of the total quoted cost is due within 48 hours of booking, or on the same day you drop-off your bike. This expedites the initial ordering of parts required to complete out your project.

Your outstanding balance must be paid upon initial notification of final invoice due. If balance is not settled within 72 business hours from the initial notification of bike completion, you will be subject to a late fee of $25 per day until the payment is received in full.
